Problem wit UK hip hop peoples is they either try to be too american n wind up commercial wit an accent that sells fuck all. Or they keep it real n home but beats end up like garage or the content n accents dont do it for a broader target. Imagine my accent rappin, hahaha. I speak in the most scottish slang u will ever hear n for me to even try rap I would have to change words n shit just so people knew the fuck I said, therefore wouldnt be me, therefore theres no point even tryin. Lotta people in UK that way. I just admire Hip Hop of all forms but theres certain elements you need naturally that some of us just dont have know? Anyhow...

I was bred in BK, NYC. But, it seems like I'm from the U.K.

Coupling is my favorite show. It's on the same level of making me LOL, like Martin did.

I used to be addicted, to Excalibah, Giles Peterson and the drum n bass shows on 1 extra.

I own and love the following albums
Ms.Dynamite-A Little Deeper
Craig David-Born To Do It
Depeche Mode-Vioator
Goldie-Timeless
Adam F-Colourss
Prodigy-The Fat Of Land
Radiohead-Kid A, Ok Computer(overrated)
Robbie Williams-Greatest Hit Album (No Regrets, She's The One, Kids, is my shit)
George Michaels-Patience
Oasis-What's The Story Morning Glory
Zinc-Faster

Kano has the potential to hit big.

Is Ms.Dynamite ever coming back out?

All tyhose mcs currently mentioned aint underground rappaz....

Tha underground rap scene is definately vibrant....

Nigguz that come from all types of hoods in london, they all got skill....all you guys are gettin from us in tha states is this kinda garage hiphop music which is whuts good right now.....but aside from that dont get it twisted....tha underground lyricist are out there and could definately give tha states a run for they money....

Our own radio stations dont even wanna give us nigguz air play coz we too grimey.....
U CHANNEL - WONT PLAY REAL UK UNDERGROUND TRAK coz they claim its too political and "NOT ON OUR AGENDER" its real out here and they definately doin whut they can to supress our music.....

But wen it comes to shit like 50 cent....and all them other pricks you got jumpin about talkin about they girls mone and drugs....they flushed that out like vomit on tha air waves.....

um sayin if you dont have a personal link over here in london for underground rap music.....forget it coz you wont get shit.....from HMV or your local record store........

grime scene is shit

imo the best english hip hop is shit like jehst, lewis parker, braintax, phi life etc

its got an original sound to it, not trying to be american

blak twang and roots manuva are pretty famous real english hip hop

mike skinner and his crew are actually gay and dont represent hip hop at all

just being incredibly over rated by saterday morning pop shows and chav teens
