I sttopped watching the charger game at the start of the 4th. they where down by 2. i checked the net. they were down 12- 21. with lt they probally would be closer. fuck I hate the patroits. its gonna be a sad in football.

I said this in the past, but why does the Super Bowl always have to be in a warm weather area, or in a dome? All the cities of the different NFL teams should get a chance to host the Super Bowl. Football is supposed to be gritty, not a fashion show. Who cares if the cold weather could hinder the halftime show. Usually only girls watch the crappy halftime shows anyway.

The Chargers couldnt stop the Patriots running back at all in the second half of that game. That was kinda weird how Rivers played, and LT didn't play much. I thought it would have been the other way around.

Congrats to the Giants on their win. Once again, an off season discussing whether Favre will retire or not. How many years in a row does he do this? lol

Cause the press/players/coaches/fans dont want to be stuck in a cold city for a full week. Who would want that when you could be in Florida or Arizona in nice weather, and on the beach n shit.

Altho we had the Superbowl 2 years ago here in Detroit, so I guess we were the exception. ALTHO, if we didnt play in a dome, we wouldent have had the game.

BTW, Ford Field is an amazing stadium, but I HATE how its in-doors. I agree with you that football should be gritty, and playin in a 75 degree air conditioned/heated building is far from it. Makes me envy Green Bay and Chicago.

I love nothing more than a rainy/snowy game, which is the average weather in Detroit. Altho I guess I do get to sit in the shitty weather when i goto Michigan State games.

Co-sign, I hate how they do that but they want their customers to all nice, warm and fuzzy watching a game that shouldn't played and watched like. I've been told that the tickets to the game are only sold to ppl who work in big corporate jobs too, I don't know if that's true though.

The giants had a tougher time to get to the superbowl, they beat my cowboys 1# and the packer #2

The patriots beat the jaguars and chargers..ok.

giants got it done. favre went back to throwing bonehead passes and getting picked.

wasnt so easy for phillip to make plays when you had pressure coming at you consistantly. the bolts made a game out of it anyway, they played some good defense.

this will be an okay superbowl. it'll be interesting to see if the pats can finish the "dream season".
