Ninja in the deadly trap - always been one of my favs since i've seen it. I like how the ninjas go about tryin to accomplish their goals (don't wanna spoil anything). Good fighting from the venoms.
Legend of a Fox - I liked this one in particular because of its plot. I gotta get that good copy that you (100proof) have though. |

also why does his love interest bring the coppers to him, then shes pointin like "there he is!". seems pretty fucked up to me, but the rest of the film is dope, the fights were quality, and the story was good too

if u watch closely, the coppers dont actually arrest him. like, its one of those endings where u can just use ur imagination to figure out how it ends, because theres such a lack of information. the cops could set him free....but lets also not forget how many bruce lee killed himself...he musta killed like 25 ppl. so if he did get arrested..i suppose its justified..as fucked up as that may be. i dont think his love interest points him out to get him arrested..but to show the coppers whats going on..my take on it anyways.

update:
just watched Tiger Over Wall, starring Philip Ko and Hwang Jang Lee this movie was better than i thought. it was put together by the same producers who put together Two on the Road (aka Fearless Dragons), and i was real impressed. the story is about a man who agrees to take the blame for a crime he didnt commit, just to get doublecrossed...yadda yadda yadda..insert revenge motif here. overall the story is entertaining enuff. better than avg i'd say. the fight choreography is really tight, Philip Ko is on fire in this one...hes got great technique and hes real fast. the endfight vs hwang jang lee is awesome, as expected. very good fights, and a solid story equates to a good flick. i give this one a 4.2. up next: Angry Ranger, starring Ben Lam..a modern flick (around 87 or so i think), which features fight choreography by Jackie Chan's stunt team (no jackie appearance tho) |
