yea it is ilegal every where unles u are a licensed graf designer that does it on delis nd shit, its a nice tribute, but i would have buffed evry one and do it in yellow and black, lighter colors are more appealing in the light and dark

20 minute$ i$ a QUICK time to do that type of graff, 2 do a good one, i took like 45-60
