It's taken from the ice cream trucks found in New York hoods. I live in the Bronx, and the ice cream trucks have the same theme music playin, but RZA added a drum and just sampled part of the music from the ice cream truck.

Peace to the Gods & Earths, first of all i have to ask, where did this info come from?? did RZA say this himself, or people just theorizing where they think it came from? cuz honestly, i kind of agree wit you all, but i dont know, i never heard RZA mention anytihng about it. although ive heard many things about that beats creation from RZA & Mathematics themselves, not once did they mention anything about the source of "ice cream sound" in the beat. Anyone care to comment on this?
