I really really really need someone to help me with this (being arrested)

Okay, I just recently got bailed outta jail... I got arrested and charged with breach of curfew, criminal trespassing, aggrivated burglary and felonious assault. Douche bag cop threw me on the ground face first and cuffed me and told me simply "You're under arrest." I was NEVER read my miranda rights though and I've checked into law enough to know that you can't legally place someone under arrest unless they're read their miranda rights. But since I'm a minor, I know I don't have as many rights as an adult so I don't know if the miranda rights apply. I'd really like to know though because I'd love to get out of all those charges in court.

as long as youre human youre supposed to be read the miranda rights. Dont bring it up in court though cause it sounds like you deserve to be punished

When can I bring it up then? I already got bailed out and my court hearing is supposed to be scheduled in about 2-4 weeks. Should I get in contact with the precinct before the trial date is set?

tell youre lawyer, hell know what to do. But i dont think you should tell anyone cause breach of curfew, criminal trespassing, aggrivated burglary and felonious assault are things you should be punished for. I know you dont want to have to go through the stuff but you need to be a man and realize you did the crimes now you need to do the time. It sucks but those are the laws and if you want to live in america you gotta abide by them

go to ur first date, after u talk to a prosecutor tell him/her that u were never read ur rights...they'll tell u whatever they think, and if u dont like it(if they offer u a decent plea bargain, such as probation, take it, unless u think u can get completely off w/ a lawyer) , tell them u need a months continuation to contact a lawyer

then u get time to get info from lawyers and see what they say

when i got caught stealin when i was 8, i was crying so much he told me "u have the right to remain silent" lol!

but a few months ago when i ran from the cops, and later caught us, peppered sprayed us ruffed us up and put guns to our heads and smacked us around...THEN we were read out rights...tooked downtown, cuffed to a chair, took a breat test, i had like 1.35 LOL i was drunk, and then my parents came and got us

yeah all u can do is tell your lawyer, make sure he knows before your court date so its not a surprise when the 2 of u are in front of the judge...not my first arrest, but my worst arrest i was never read my rights and that shit didnt do nothin to get me off the hook, all i had was a public defender so maybe thats the reason...bastard probly forgot to read that section of law 101. u know u get your bail money back tho, right??

Haha... thanks. I know they have recorders in the police cruisers but I'd imagine the tape's been erased by now. I actually remember being cuffed and happy when I didn't hear "You have the right to remain silent..." and all that other shit. I was like "this mother fucker slipped UP!"
