This past saturday a friend i knew since i was younger was stabbed and killed...when i recieved the news of his passing i was in the middle of making a beat...upon hearing this news i got the most incredible chils down my spine....the unrelaxing feeling 'cuased me to changedthe structure of the beat completely different from what i first started...I Decided to flip it for Ceasar Cruz. Between fetes, he's killed on B'klyn street

A group of thugs - including a man who apparently jumped out of a white limousine - fatally stabbed a 17-year-old on a Brooklyn street early yesterday as he headed to a graduation party on his block, cops said.

Ceasar Cruz, who had just left another graduation party, got into an argument shortly before he was set upon at 1 a.m. on a Kensington street, cops said.

He was left bleeding at McDonald Ave. and Church Ave., where the neighborhood's two main strips intersect.

His assailants included at least one man who apparently had jumped out of a white limo. A police source said Cruz may have been attacked with a broken bottle.

"There were about 50 kids out there," said Yvonne Lugo, 64, who was visiting relatives nearby. "I heard a fight start and bottles breaking. I heard someone say, 'Hurry up, he's bad.'"

Then it got quiet, she said.

Several teens carried Cruz upstairs to a second-floor apartment where his friends had been hosting a party, police said.

Yesterday, blood stained the sidewalk and the walls in the flat.

Police said the victim knew his attackers. The victim and suspects may have all been at a different party a few blocks away before the stabbing.

Both parties were thrown by FDR High School graduates. No one has been arrested.

"We're not even close," a police source said. "These kids aren't talking. Everyone wants to handle things their own way."

Cruz died at Lutheran Medical Center of puncture wounds to his heart, liver and kidney about five hours after the attack, relatives said. They remembered him as a family-oriented kid who worked in construction and plumbing to help with family expenses. They said he had been threatened by a teen a few weeks ago. "We want to find who did this," said Daisy Cruz, the victim's 30-year-old sister. "We want justice. Somebody needs to pay for this."
