NOTE: one interesting thing….in a Wu Tang press statement, it says:

“The [8 Diagrams] tracklisting that was floating out there isn’t necessarily the FINAL version…there has been changes to the album in a few ways since Ghost and Rae spoke.”

Word? What kind of changes? I’ll let you know if/when I find out.

hmv.com and amazon.com both have totally diff tracklistings..

the one on amazon has skits (ugh..) and Watch Your Mouth on it:

Hopefully this means that wu is co-operating and have settled their issues. I bet someones gonna leak one of those promo copies of the original within a week or so.

I dunno if you guys noticed this, but on that recent RZA interview (where he brought the album to the wake up show) he says "Play track 9, "Stick Me for My Riches", which implies that the second tracklist you listed is the most accurate, especially since it has Campfire first and doesn't have "Watch Your Mouth", which we've assumed won't make the cut.

Also, I'm guessing "sunlight" and "Face the Problems" are two of the tracks that Rae and Ghost have a problem with, based on their titles, I imagine they're softer sounding.

yea i hope the 2nd one is the real one...i don't want any skits, dont really care much for WYM (it aint horrible but i've heard it a million times by now) AND most importantly i want that 16th Chamber shit..

but, with all that said, who the fuck knows what the tracklist is gonna look like now after that statement..

it's nice to see that they've made changes since Ghost and Rae spoke, which means there ain't no inner problems or anything to get really worked up about..

but, we kept mentioning and i dont really remember Ghost commenting on the actual quality of the album?? i dont feel like digging through the threads but could someone tell me when and what he said about the album itself as opposed to money issues?

sucks how they leak dope tracks like WYM and Thug World, but now it seems as if they won't be on the album. Fuck, i hope thats not true, these two songs are my favorites
