Does anyone know any books Rza read that helped shape his way of thinking?

RZA has read a lot of books. Comic books, the Bible, the Koran, Sun Tzu - The Art of War and a bunch of others. RZA is an educated wise man, hence his name...The Abbot.

In the Wu-Tang manual there are a few books pictured on a page entitled THE WAY OF THE WU - The grand spiritual megamix ... They are The Holy Bible , The Koran , Essays on the Gita , The Illiad , The Egyptian book of living and dying , The illustrated Alchemist , The Art of Peace and The Art of War . I guess these books all helped mould him and like MIXTAPE MUTT said the whole clan must of been into comics as kids cause they pick up comic book alias . I kinda get the feel that 1 of the main influences on the RZA when he was coming up was films though ?? Cause there is a whole chapter about cinema and he even says "to me , hip-hop IS moviemaking" .

PEACE

there are books he obviously read (but left out of the Wu Manual) such as: Stolen Legacy (by:George G.M. James), Message To the Black Man (by Elijah Muhammad), How To Eat To Live (by Elijah Muhammad), The Science Of Breath (by Yogi Ramacharaka), Vitamins & Minerals From A to Z (by Jewel Pookrum) and Vaccines Are Dangerous (by Curtis Cost) just to name a few. I as well as alot of other Gods are heavy into books like these. PEACE to the God Born Justice and Sunez Allah, 2 of my enlightners.

What I admire about RZA is the fact that he read all of those and could find a way to apply it to his life and career to better himself and achieve his goals ..TO ME THATS THE SHIT .I have read many books that some think are life changing and cant find away to help myself with the knowledge i gained .
