1. I guess they aren't in the recycling bin

2. System restore usually doesnt recover files, only settings

3. If you didn't create the files yourself, perhaps you can find them online

if i am correct in assuming that you are running windows XP... this program should help. the longer the file has been deleted the the less your chances are of restoring it.

its a free download. as always, scan the file before you use it. doesnt require installation.
