Diablo III is Official!!!
The sequel for one of the greatest RPG games in history of gaming, my personal favorite, Diablo, was officially announced today at the Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational. After 10 years of waiting, it was finally spoken about in public, despite the numerous rumors over the globe.

People... I've just watched a 20-minute gameplay video. Now that was some serious ass-kicking. SERIOUS.
It looks like Titan Quest because of the graphics, but it should have graphics like that, I mean, you can't have anything different in 2008 (2009). The combat is fantastic, it has that dynamic hammer-swinging as before. It has a hotbar for skills, and from what I've seen no more potions (which is a minus). I always loved to open a portal just to get 20 potions in Tristram. It has the same action sounds, like, for an example, when you activate a bookcase, it has that dungeon sound from Diablo I, and the same with a chest. The background sound could be better I think, that was the best part of Diablo I. Who knows, maybe they will change it. So, the release date is not known right now, but it's probably best to wait, now that we know that the game IS coming out. Heck, I'll wait another 10 years, as long as the game is n the same level as the previous games, especially the first one. I'll hook you up with news, as soon as anything becomes public. PEACE |
