and one of RZA's best beats, got the suddle piano going on, the heavy piano especially on the hook, the tight voice sample on the hook, the keyboards that go in and out throughout the beat, then you got the Wu chant... and possibly the illest part of the track is that keyboard baseline, thats every two beats on the hook, but every four beats during the verses

if ya mean both discs on wu-tang forever and black shampoo then nah, black shampoo was nice. It was just different. Projects was the only weak track to me, and a few aberage ones (Dog Shit, lil ghetto boys - nice verses but reused sample)
