I'm pretty sure he does dip into the vaults every now and then we prolly just dont know about it.

I remember reading a Wu interview around the time of Iron Flag, and RZA said he was looking for some gritty old Wu shit and he found the actual Iron Flag beat on an old Cappadonna reel, and I think he said Masta Killa donated the Radioactive beat from some beats that RZA had done for him. I'll try and find the interview, it was prolly eitha the Source or XXL. RZA was giving a break down of all the individual tracks.

So I think he does go back to the crates when he's in need of some grimey vintage Wu shit, we may just think its a new beat though!

IM almost positive that most producers (including myself ) have certain beats stashed for whatever reason. Timing is everything.
