Developing: Chris Brown Sought on Battery Charges... Chris Brown was missing from the Grammys on Sunday, based on rub-in with authorities. The singer, accused of battery charges against an unnamed women. Girlfriend Rihanna, also missing from the festivities, may have been the recipient of that violence. As of Sunday evening, the location of Brown remained unknown. Elsewhere, Usher also bailed on a pre-event, Clive Davis bash, citing a plastic surgery mishap involving his mother in Brazil.
