but i DL'd that white van music album, just to see for myself, and I cant say anything more than it was weak, reallly weak.

Im not gonna say anymoe on the matter, but that album, idk, was just so goddam average its a great example of why underground rap is stagnating and being left behind creativly wise. Its VERY rare any white producer is any good, theres been like 3 white producers in history who were good. Hes not one of them.

Just stop being paranoid dude. He ain't a god but he's currently one of the few listenable producers, that does it for me. I just can't remember when I saw someone hating Jake One, that's it. Don't be nervous.

shit, i bought his album for like 7-8 $ and thought it was money well spent. tight shit.

i think its easier to be a white producer than a white rapper.

jake one is nice enough. i liked white van music overall.

and what a lot of hip hop fans dont know is that a lot of their favorite black producers just have no-name white boys produce the beat for them, cut 'em a check for a little bit of cash, and then take credit for the beat.

it happens WAAAAAAY more than you think. and they even do it with latino producers too. i'm not too sure about asian producers though, dont know if there are many asian ghost producers. (<< last parts a joke, people.)
