Default Spaghetti Westerns

Anybody in to the classic spaghetti westerns? I saw a documentary last night on IFC which talked about the whole history of the genre and also interviewed alot of the directors, actors, and musicans for the scores. They also talked about how this genre influenced Martial arts flix, and directors like John Woo and others.

In watching that documentary Sergio Leone never liked the term "spaghetti western" but thats how it was seperated from the hollywood style westerns. The raw westerns such as the Eastwoods etc. were shot in Italy. They had a whole slew of dope westerns, really raw, bloody, and violent. Alot of similarities to the kung fu flix that followed later on. Weird how they were shot with out audio and then dubbed in later so that it could be distributed to other countries. But the vocals arent nearly as obvious as the kung fu flix.
