Just talking with my family and they say I'm crazy....anyone else do a cleanse. I do the master cleanse for 10 to 15 days to get the junk out.

are you talking about a colon cleanse?

you can get the fiber capsule-colon cleans things at gnc for like 20 dollars and they work well.

my dad started getting colonics once he hit 45. he gets one every 6 months.

No it's more like cleaning all the toxins out of ur body. U mix lemon, maple syrup and cayenne pepper with water and u drink it like 10 times a day and no food.
