Are the poor nations that are effected in great numbers by this desease actually going to be able to afford it if it's not cheap, and is anyone going to fund it for them or is it only going to be made available to the elite few with big budgets.

dude you should look for facts before asking questions, its plain and simple what they would do, it not like they would "sell" the drug to people.
the goverment does it all, thell buy as much as they can with there budget
and place soo much in each area/town/medical house. it would be free to the victoms
