Easter
The Christian holiday of Easter commemorates the crucifixion of Christ, and his rise from the dead into heaven. Then where do all the symbolism of bunnies, and eggs come from? It's more than coincedence that the early Pagans had a holiday to mark the Spring Equinox, called Ostara, usually celebrated around March 21st. With the return of spring, came the birthing of the farm animals for the year. Which is why we see bunnies, chicks, eggs and little lambs as symbols for this holiday. Part of the Ostara mythology involved the return of various deities from the underworld (symbolic of the end of winter). So it's not surprising that this holiday got enmeshed with the Christian story of the ressurection of Christ. Christmas Even non-Pagans use the term "Yule" around the Christmas holidays. Yule is celebrated on the Winter Solstice (December 22nd), on the shortest day of the year. Since the days get longer from this point in the year, Yule is a celebration of the returning sun and the rebirth of the God who died at Hallowe'en. As with Easter, the Christian story of the birth of Jesus fits nicely with the Pagan mythology of a God reborn. Traditions such as wreaths and Yule logs are remnants of the original beliefs. Gifts were exchanged at Yule long before the Wise Men offered their gifts to the baby Jesus. Groundhog Day Well, it's not specifically Christian or celebrated as intensely as the two holidays just mentioned, Groundhog Day is still part of the modern-day year. Candlemas (or Imbolc) is celebrated on February 2nd. Because spring is just starting to show itself at this time of year, there were various superstitions about predicting the weather, and how long it would be until the end of winter. The original idea was to watch for a hedgehog, but as people immigrated to North America, the tradition changed to a ground hog to suit local wildlife. Hallowe'en Ok, everyone knows that Hallowe'en is a Pagan holiday, but there are many misconceptions surrounding what the holiday really means. Pagans call the day Samhain (SOW-en or sow-EEN). The old God dies on this day, and the Goddess mourns him until his rebirth at Yule. We use this day to honour and remember our loved ones who have passed on. In an effort to diffuse the interest in this heathen holiday, the Church created All Saint's Day (November 1) as a holy day to recognize all the Catholic saints. But it wasn't a powerful enough idea to wipe out the traditional Hallowe'en celebrattions. Ironically, many Christians do not approve of the celebration of Hallowe'en because of its Pagan origins, not realizing that almost all of the holidays they observe had Pagan beginnings. Why are major Christian holidays layered on older Pagan festivals? The central reason is that as Christianity was struggling for acceptance in Europe, the country-folk would not give up their age-old traditions. By blending the old with the new, it was easier for the Church to convert the locals * * What'cha think? |

Its "Hellenism." My knowledge about Hellenism is broad, which Im trying to read up on it more, you should too. But really the Greeks tried to get many people to conform to their religion. Thats why you see like they said J/C was the son of god. Just like Zeus and Hercules and all those other demi gods. The story is similar, whereas god comes and gives birth to a son through a mortal woman and then his son becoming great amongst everyone.
Like I said, my whole knowlede of it is too broad for me to really break it down, cuz I dont wanna just talk alotta shit pullin it out my ass...but if you read, and maybe someone could help me out by piggy-backing on this, but like I said if you read, through History Christianity just got blended with so much politics and mixed beliefs that its just a blend of religions, beliefs, and customs. another quick example...You know how most people practice sabbath on the correct day (Friday sundown, until Saturday sundown) well the Christians practice theirs on Sunday because Alexander the Great saw the cross in the sky right in front of the Sun before he won one of his battles, so he worshipped the sun along with Christianity so it became their day of worship.

Jesus was crusified on a chocolate cross wearing a bunny suit, everyone knows that. The diciples asked if he wanted anything, and he said he wanted some jelly beans. That's a fact.

Christmas has many pagan aspects to it.....
As pagens used to worship idols or stones or watever... they also used to worship trees and other things like that... whihc is why a tree is always present at christmass and as ppl will do with idols and statues, they get dressed up looking nice and pretty.... just like a christmas tree with bulbs and stars..... and as pagens used to chant to the idols/statues... this also happens with the christmass tree, as families and children will gather around and sing songs ( or chant) infront of the tree... another thing pagens would do for this idols and statues is that they would offer presents or gifts to the idols and statues (for the gods basically) and in the holiday of christmas, they would put presents under the christmass tree.... like they are offering presents to it.... it can all make sense if you just think a little... you know what i mean?? Rudolf the red nose raindeer!---- this is interesting aswell Ive read that the story behind this is that...obviously pagens when they worship and stuff they would also dwell into drugs... taking drugs with rituals and shit... there is a mushroom where the head is red with white spots i think, and when sniffed, it would get you high... and when ppl used to snort... the colour red of the head of the mushroom would rubb off onto the noses of the pagens who used to snort it.... which resulted in a red nose. and the flying raindeer??? well i think it could be either hillucinations for when they are high or they would see Djinns (Fallen angels) but....... only God knows!!!

christmas got the gift giving tradition from the roman festival of saturn. christmas and easter correlate wityh the winter and summer solstices. the christams tree lights and candles and all is used to light up the darkest day of the year. easter comes from baby.lonian god ishtar who was a fertility god depicted with eggs wrapped around her.

On another note, so-called 'muslims' worship a stone in Mecca at the Kaaba.

Yup.
Just as long as they associate the word Allah with their practices, they deem them ok. If someone destroyed the Kaaba, many so-called 'muslims' would be upset, cause they really are stone worshippers, not submitters to Al-Quran. |

The top idol-worshiping cities in the world are Mecca and Medina.
Every year, 'muslims' take part in the largest idol-worshiping pilgrimage on earth. Oh ya, shaitan is playing a similar game he's played effectively with the Christians and Jews - diverting the people from the message and twisting it. Once he starts the game, it attracts many contestants.
