yea, most of the info is on that link you posted up...
basically back in the day it was huge, at a spot in liemert park (sp?) out in LA, open mic so you could go spit, and some bboyin too. Aceyalone and Abstract Rude made it more into a collective and Acey reps it hard still to this day. it shut down for a while (not sure why, maybe there were just too many thugs comin around...i think i heard somethin about that.. im prolly wrong on that tho). i know a couple years ago it was up and runnin again, not sure about today tho. Check out Aceyalone, specifically All Balls Don't Bounce album, and Book of Human Language...those are good albums, and he has a unique style. youtube it if anything. lately Acey has been makin albums wich pay homage to different styles of music. so his most recent one is called Aceyalone and the Lonely Ones and is like, big band style i think....and Lightening Strikes is jamaican musical styles. they are pretty good but i dont suggest you start with those. you gotta get the basic foundation of Aceyalone's classic style first. he's got some other albums too which i havent realy checked out, except for one song called Everything Changes, i think, which is tite, youtube that one for sure. anyways, peace. |

DumbFoundDead is also a top-tier battler in Grind Time's Fresh Coast league, Im not too sure about his catalog musically but if you're a fan of the battle scene, the dude is a beast. Peep these.

Hahahaha dumb is that nigga!
He's got an album out/coming out called "Fun With Dumb" which you can grab off his myspace. Highly suggest you watch his battles cause dude is FUNNY as fuck. Yeah Project Blowed is real nice with it, old school crew and Dumb's just part of the new generation. I also suggest you check out "NoCanDo" who is the dopest freestyler on the planet. Dude goes off the dome CRAZY, his tunes aren't the best, but fuck his freestyles are ridiculous. Freestyle too, none of that written shit.
