I've managed to get my nights and days all fucked over the last month. I'm trying to get back on track but whenever I manage to get to bed at a decent time without fail I wake up at 4 in the morn and cant get back to sleep for another 4-5 hours. Been up for about 29 hours trying to get shit back on track but yes thank god I'm not at work trying this shit
