for real 7 miles doesnt seem like too much but lately the most exercise ive had was occasionally laughing really hard at something posted here

i also got a chance to listen in full to mc pee bees full moon kaboom tape (plug) which is really awesome btw

I did about 9 miles after work yesterday and had to race against the sun going down. Still kinda pissed they paved my trail over.

Now its full of retards w/kids or dogs walking 4 wide.

I have no energy to stand in a bar tonight. Fuck that.

theres a trail a block away from my house that goes on for miles but it follows along a small river that has recently been housing FILTH and waste and discarded mattresses and such
i aint tryin to inhale that panting with an open mouth

My trail runs directly beside some rail road tracks (which are no longer in use) and was a better work out when it was dirt.

The only upside about this fresh pavement is more girls are on the trail cougars included.

I do a couple of miles a day. I don't know exactly how much, but I spend almost an hour every day biking.

A few weeks ago I went mountain biking in Spain, that's heavy. Especially since the bike was shitty and it was 100 degrees.

Well I just got back from doing about 15. Explored some inner forest trails, the pipeline which was brutal and some back roads.
