That's been all over the news here about how it's too graphic (which it isn't)...on the one hand the bleeding hearts say young people need something to kick them in arse about the dangers of distraction whilst driving then they want to go and ban this because it scares old ladies.
The ad would have been topped off by a return text once they're all dead and she's left crying her tits off.
