heres my take, the 1st hour is mad disjointed, the kid scene is quite gay....then he goes from getting beatdown by an old man in neeson, to some kind of samurai master in one cut, theres no real chrnonological reasoning in it and the fucking score doesnt stop either. by no means bad as a first half of a film just not touching the second

the second half is when shit picks up, the effects and gotham city setting are perfect, even though scarcrow is a bit gay his power gas is very well done

i think the acting was mostly excellent but michael caine couldnt be more cockney if he tried

i still dont know why they get an englishman to play an american

Yo, my friend thought the dude who played Scarecrow (Cillian Murphy) looked like Michael Jackson, so everytime he was on the screen my friend did that little "hee-hee" Jackson does when he sings...

i just dont get why they get english actors BALE foir american parts

lian neeson for some reason had an english accent, is that mentor convention?
