pretty good film..i expected much less, i was surprisingly pleased...i recommend it. anyone else see it?

idk bout that, but dont worry bout the trailers for this flick..cuz they didnt convince me either...i went off the strength of Judge's other work.

love mike judge, office space was brilliant and idiocracy was a nice execution of a very relatable topic we [can] face. went to see extract after seein the trailer at the theatres couple times. it looked promising, expected the dry humor of bateman and assumed affleck's stoner cameos would steal the show.

but it really didnt cum together [beatles thread lol] well. i can see where judge was goin with this but it just lacked in the plot and balancing the mike judge humor with melonchalic drama that touch you, which kevin smith does really well.

thought writing could have been much better as mike judge proved many times in the past, characters were ok but you dont cheer for them as much as you want to.

3 out of 5.
