maybe i'm taking that advice a little too seriously, but, you can do all that shit and still get fucked up by the authorities, especially if they've been on duty for hours and hours with no "action" in a long while, and they're just itching to kick some ass, and looking for any excuse to do so. although following that shit would slim your chances.
