5 star classic, although its kind of unsettling that Rae gets completely blown out of the water. Nas won an award for his verse, Ghost pulls a Winter Warz, and Rae is left looking like he arrived to the party with cheap beer a half hour before everyone goes home.

One of RZA's best beats he's ever done. The combination of beat and MC creates such a different kind of alchemy even compared to RZAs own stuff. The beat has teeth, but its also smooth. You can nod your head or dance to it. Its got soul, but its also firmly a battle beat. Combined with the 3 different ingredients from Rae, Ghost and Nas, it makes an overall effect that you can't just nail down, other than that its classic.

Nas is a dickhead for recycling his verse from "Deja Vu" ...
But by re-spitting this verse on this classic beat and sharing the spot with two other dope verses... This is the Big Feast. The Chef was a genius for calling Nas up for this classic to happen. All ingredients were needed for this classic to happen, the whole mix is just savoring to its maximal height in pole.
