Ok so I just met my girlfriends man and he's nice, cool, cute etc. So they've been dating for 8 months and seem happy. I didn't know how she met him and she finally told me-Match.com. I was like really? She told me I should try it and everyone is doing it blah blah blah.

My question is: Have any of u used any of these dating sites or know anyone that has and actual found someone that they like?

i used to hook up with somewhat local bitches online all the toime and meet them and fuck them. it's no big deal. some of them were actually decent looking, but others were pigs. it's all good. it's not like that was the only way i could ever get pussy, it was just a way to get some extra pussy without interfering with my normal life.

i got into some shit where i'm from, and i had to leave town, but i didn't have many connections nationally, at least in terms of a safe house, so i quickly chatted up a woman and convinced her to let me stay with her for awhile. that was almost 3 years ago and we're married now and have a kid. true story. happy new years y'all

I've never dated anybody from match.com or stuff like that cuz u pay to meet ppl? or some shit and i heard ppl on there usually have a mental problem but then again if u work 18 hours outta the day and u dont got time to have a social life i can see that being an outlet..

However I think I messed with 2 chicks from myspace...but i hate online dating cuz it never works out for me...the ppl are very insecure and secretive and it takes too long to go out with the person...so i stick to mostly talkin to ppl from school or something...or on my block.

It depends on the social environment. I think when a pair meet, the time they find interest in each other is....organic.

As you get older (as far as 30s

finding other single people is harder because of working harder, going to less social events for some, or just many taken. I guess going to things specially labels "singles" events isnt settling for some of those older people. Some people resort to just taking shots in the dark and just assume everyones single if a partner isnt around, not knowing if the person is single or not. If they aren't it sometimes leads to cheating and affairs. Therefore hopefully this internet dating thing takes the affair statistic down.

I dont think anyone under like 20 should be using online dating. If anything everyone should avoid it if they can but in some circumstances some need to use the convenience.
