A question for asians
what's up with that milk intolerance?
Is it true that you can't digest milk??? What happens when you drink milk? |

I think its mostly everyone except white people that have higher statistics of the population being lactose "intolerant".

this is the first i've heard about it.
i like dairy. i have milk in my tea and coffee everyday. i eat yoghurt and cream donuts and pizza, etc.

A human body isn't really meant to take in cow's milk. That's why there is such a high incidence of intolerance.

but i heard that chinese for example cannot digest it even, it probably just comes out same as when it came through tjeir mouth. That's weak. |

i grew up drinking builders tea, though
i thought people who are lactose intolerant break out in spots when they have dairy

ive heard that adding milk to tea is not neccesarily good thing. far as i remember, supposedly it has something to do with altering the tea in harmful way.

Neither does black tea. I consume almost a gallon of milk every 2 days. My mother is lactose intolerant though.
