i was in one of these underneath the washington DC convention center. it was formerly part of an underground base but was turned over to the city. it was fucking HUGE like you could fit 10 or more tractor trailers through the pathways and i kept thinking, this is what the public has, imagine what the real DUMBs are like. and they had different rooms each about the size of a high school probably even a little bigger
