Here’s some sad news to start the week with. Beretta 9 told us a few days ago that you won’t get a Killarmy album for at least 2 and half years. Due to the incarceration of Islord and Killa Sin they are unable to work on new material. Doesn’t look like we will be getting a Killa Sin album anytime either. Even if the two MC’s weren’t locked up we would have had to wait a long time for a Killarmy album because labels aren’t exactly excited to sign them. Reason: lack of sales for the previous album and their publicity in the recent Washington DC sniper shootings.
Apparently the upcoming Masta Killa album will be called No Set Date. I have my doubts if this is true but I’ll let you figure it out. A track was played from the forthcoming album at a GZA concert. So everyone who’s going to a GZA concert soon, bring with you a tape recorder and tape some :D. Anyway, the album should be in stores around summer 2003. |
