I don't like to watch trailers but I'm always down for a new Bond movie!

Trailer looks better than what I expected. I wanted to hate on it because I was under the impression that Lashana Lynch was completely replacing the Bond character.

Surprised to see Rami Malek is in it.

Why is Daniel Craig's Bond such a miserable cunt in these films.

    I prefer the old Bonds.

on a side note I hear 'Knives Out' with Craig, the comedy detective movie, is actually pretty good. read some positive reviews. not in my budget to go watch 'maybe' movies though

really liked Craig in 'Layer Cake' way back. not a comedy, obviously

@ sha : yep, they're equaling realism (?) with depression. on the other hand, the only Craig Bond movie I disliked was 'Quantum of Solace' (plot made no sense plus you had to rewatch 'Casino Royal' first). but the pre-Craig movies did have another vibe. the Dalton ones come close to the Bond ones in downbeat tone. some of the Moore ones were maybe a bit too silly. not easy, come to think of it, to get the mix right

Yeah I can't deny Casino Royale and Skyfall were great films. Quantum and Spectre are forgettable. I don't like Craig's interpretation generally - he's like this uptight guy and when he does crack a joke its like he's doing it to the mask the pain lol. Its too much reality for what are essentially ridiculous films about a secret agent single handedly defeating Hitler level villains every few years.

Sean Connery made most of the best films of the series, but I'll happily watch the Roger Moore ones and the Pierce Brosnan ones are classic to me. Never saw the 2 Dalton films.

I always thought Connery was the best especially the way he used to belittle his adversaries.

In the connery ones the villains were uptight and serious and Bond used to fuck with them.

    Now itís reversed .
